The nursery is open from 7.30am – 6pm Monday-Friday. The nursery operates several sessions between the hours of 7.30am – 6pm.
Nursery fees and booking procedure
When you have made the decision about booking your child a place at sunny meadows nursery we ask that you complete the nursery admissions pack and returns to us. Once we have received your child’s admissions form we will ask for a £25.00 deposit to secure your child’s place.
Fees
Fees are payable on the 1st of each month either by standing order, debit card, childcare vouchers or from the government tax free childcare scheme. Fees are paid in advance on a monthly basis all fees are divided over 12 monthly payments. The nursery is open 51 weeks per year.
The nursery does not provide formula milk; parents must bring sufficient quantities of formula for their child. Fresh drinking water and cow’s milk is always available throughout the day.

Universal credit
If you are a working parent you could be entitled to money from the government to help you pay for childcare. To find out how much you are entitled to call the Inland Revenue tax credits helpline on 0345 300 3900 or their website: https://hmrc.gov.uk/
You will require the nursery registration number for your claim of tax credits please contact the nursery management team for details.
Free Early Learning
Working parents are eligible to claim 30 free hours funding which calculates at 1140 hours per academic year. Children are eligible from the term after they turn 9 months old.
All children aged three and four are entitled to free 15 hours funding the term after they turn 3 years old.
Free 15 hours funding is also available for 2-year-olds, subject to criteria. Please ask the nursery management team for details.
Tax-Free Childcare
If you get Tax-Free Childcare, the government will pay £2 for every £8 you pay your childcare provider via an online account. You can use it to pay for approved childcare. You can get Tax-Free Childcare at the same time as 30 hours free childcare if you’re eligible for both.
